About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler – HVAC to join our growing MEP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality HVAC BIM models, producing coordinated design drawings, and managing clash detection to ensure seamless integration with other building systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for HVAC systems based on design inputs and specifications

- Prepare HVAC layout drawings, shop drawings, sections, and schedules

- Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines

- Participate in coordination meetings and resolve clashes in collaboration with project teams

- Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and company guidelines

- Update and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle

- Extract quantities and generate reports as required





- Support engineers with design modifications and revisions

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling for HVAC systems

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP)

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, ventilation, chilled water systems, etc.)

- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination

- Familiarity with BIM standards and LOD requirements

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial projects

- Knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.)

- Experience in shop drawing production

- Understanding of BIM 360 / ACC environment
