We are seeking a confident and capable OSHC Coordinator to lead a small before and after school care program based within a school community in Randwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OSHC skilled looking for career progression, autonomy and a manageable service size.

About the Service
This program operates during school terms from:

- 7:00am – 8:30am (Before Care)
- 3:10pm – 6:00pm (After Care)

During school holidays, the service operates:

- 7:00am – 6:00pm

The service currently supports a small number of children, allowing you to build strong relationships and deliver quality, engaging experiences.
You will work within a welcoming school environment with a supportive Principal who allows the OSHC program to operate independently.

The Role

- Full-time position (38 hours per week)
- Includes 8 hours of dedicated administration time
- Split shifts during school terms
- Lead program planning in line with the My Time, Our Place framework
- Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework requirements
- Build positive relationships with children,



families and the school community

About You

- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Previous OSHC experience highly regarded
- Confident leader who can work independently
- Strong understanding of compliance and program planning
- Passionate about creating engaging and safe environments for school-aged children
