About the Role

You’ll play a key role in keeping our production facility operating efficiently and safely. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in preventative maintenance, fast fault-finding, and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Planned and breakdown maintenance on production equipment

- Servicing roll forming machinery and factory plant

- Fault diagnosis and mechanical repairs

- Maintaining preventative maintenance schedules





- Fabrication, assembly, and welding as required

- Managing spare parts and maintenance inventory

- Liaising with contractors when specialist work is required

- Supporting production teams to minimise downtime

- Maintaining accurate maintenance records

- Ensuring a safe working environment at all times

What We’re Looking For

- Trade-qualified Fitter & Turner (or equivalent mechanical trade)

- Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding ability

- Experience in manufacturing environments (roll formers highly regarded)

- Welding and fabrication skills

- Proactive mindset – someone who takes initiative

- Strong commitment to safety

- Reliable, organised, and team-oriented
