About the role
- Oversee all sub‑contractors & manage the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date
- Supervise and manage the project through to completion
- Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality
- Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme
- Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors
- Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase
- Manage WH&S; requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems
Your Background
- Experience with site managing commercial projects
- Proven experience in delivering projects over $50 million
- 5–10 years as a site manager/foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
You will Receive

- Up to $250k + Super for the right person, based on years of experience
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
