An experienced Site Manager is required to lead the delivery of a commercial office fit-out in Broken Hill. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong organisational skills and a proven background in managing high-quality interior construction projects.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Working closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors, you will play a key role in coordinating trades and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in a government environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all in office operations for a commercial office fit-out
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
- Ensure compliance with WHS, building codes, and government standards
- Monitor program, quality, and budget on site




- Conduct site meetings, inductions, and toolbox talks
- Liaise with consultants, client representatives, and authorities
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
- Experience working on government or high-compliance projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and WHS requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage regional projects
- Experience working with construction software's such as Procore, Hammertech
