The Role and Duties

This is a permanent position to support a Practice Group Leader, and will include a mix of advisory and litigated work. Your duties will include:

- Diary, email and matter management
- Drafting, formatting and amending documents
- Assisting with due diligence, research and matter organisation
- Liaising with clients, internal stakeholders and external parties
- Billing, expense management, and WIP reporting




- Domestic and international travel booking
- Expense management

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant (in any area of law)
- Strong document and matter management skills
- High attention to detail and confidence working in a fast paced environment
- Professional, proactive and able to build strong relationships quickly
- Full permanent Australian working rights
- A desire for longevity in a support role
