About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Leading Hand to join our team at Rocklea. Reporting to the Manufacturing and Warehouse Supervisor. A role designed to help you thrive and grow—while giving you the chance to keep stepping up the ladder as your career evolves.

What You’ll Do

As our Warehouse Leading Hand, you will:

- Make a difference: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity.
- Innovate and solve problems: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and contribute to implementing efficient practices.
- Collaborate: Work closely with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.




- Continuous Improvement: Maintain a positive team culture and lead initiatives to improve accuracy and reduce errors.
