About the Role
The Logistics Project Support Officer assists the logistics team to plan, implement and co-ordinate logistic activities to ensure the delivery of quality, customer focused services required to successfully conduct large scale events.
The role is temporary, full time up to 30 June 2027 (with a view to extend).

- Running and regulating elections
- Communicating and engaging with current and future voters, key NSW community stakeholders and NSW election participants
- Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral and lobbying laws such as the Electoral Act 2017 and the Electoral Funding Act 2018.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Sound organisation and time management skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective computer skills and experience in using different business systems
- Demonstrated client focus and strong client service skills
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, procurement activities, distribution logistics and stock maintenance
- Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners
- Satisfactory criminal record check result

This role is based in our Elizabeth Street, Sydney office with a hybrid work arrangement.

Total Remuneration Package: Package includes base salary ($99,938 - $110,271), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
