- Focused on growing Australian controlled customers and volumes
- Building, leading and developing a high-performance team, spanning recruitment, training, development, coaching and regular performance review activities.
- Identifying and developing trade lane strategies together with our agreed partner countries, focused on growth our air and ocean consolidation products
- Connect to and leverage the APAC synergies
- Leading and embedding positive change management within the department and influencing change across related departments.
- Delivering new business Gross Profit targets
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of perspective new business opportunities and customer base.
- Target set verticals or trade lanes as required by the business.
- Research and identify potential customers from local, domestic, and international sources.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure correct implementation of new clients.
- Generate and respond to sales leads from overseas.
- Maintain a high level of activity to achieve set targets.
- Ensure data is updated in company databases and CRMs.
- Support the development of product strategy and implementation
- Network Engagement: Build relationships across the Rhenus Network that lead to new business clients being onboarded for Australia
