The Opportunity
With a solid pipeline of projects ranging from $10M to $70M, the company is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery. You’ll join a supportive leadership team and be backed by established site managers, contract administrators, and systems to ensure success. This is an opportunity to lead landmark mid‑tier projects in a company that values quality, stability, and long‑term relationships over churn‑and‑burn delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery across commercial, industrial, and education builds valued up to $70M
- Manage program, budget, procurement, and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee subcontractor performance, quality assurance, and compliance
- Collaborate with clients,
consultants, and site teams to ensure seamless execution
- Drive safety, quality, and efficiency on‑site in alignment with company standards
- Mentor and support project teams, fostering a high‑performance culture
About You
- 8+ years’ experience in Project Management or Senior Project Engineer roles
- Proven track record delivering projects in the $20M–$70M range
- Background with a reputable mid‑tier or Tier 2 builder highly regarded
- Strong technical knowledge of structures, services, and construction systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a solutions‑driven approach
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
