The Role

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals
- Champion a positive, collaborative team culture
- Drive quality assurance and strategic improvements
- Support growth targets and business planning with the Area Manager
- Manage performance and meet key financial, customer, and quality metric
- Blend clinical insight with operational excellence to deliver top‑tier services

About You

- Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
- Registered with AHPRA, ESSA ASORC or AASW
- Full working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
- Experience mentoring junior consultants
- Prior work experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting
