About The Role
We are seeking Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our industry‑leading Graduate Program, commencing January 2026, based in Ravenhall VIC. You’ll develop your clinical skills across NDIS and community practice, supporting participants aged 6‑65 years across:
- Language
- Mealtimes & feeding
- Dysphagia
- Aphasia
- AAC
This is a community‑based role delivering participant‑led, functional therapy in real‑world environments.
Your Day‑to‑Day
- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans
- Deliver therapy across homes,
day centres, parks and clinic rooms
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Build long‑term relationships and see the real impact of your work

About You
You’re a Graduate Speech Pathologist Who
- Has a genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Gets restless when you see room for improvement and aren’t afraid to speak up
- Treats participant goals like personal missions, not checkboxes
You will also have
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (graduating in 2025 or January 2026)
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle
- NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
