Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

- Work alongside the Government Valuation & Advisory Services team in a part‑time capacity.
- Assist with collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence.
- Complete cash flow models and compile reports.
- Gain experience with complex, high‑profile projects across various asset classes and significant property portfolios.
- Contribute to decisions on iconic city assets.
- Learn from a national team of industry‑leading valuers who will mentor you throughout.

About You

The company is looking for:

- Currently studying a tertiary degree accredited by the Australian Property Institute (API) aiming to become a Certified Practising Valuer.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.




- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Word.
- Proactive and self‑motivated with a keen desire to add value to the team.
- Strong numerical analysis and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and time‑management skills.
