As a Social Justice Advocate, you will help turn strategy into action — coordinating campaigns, mobilising supporters and building the collective power needed to create lasting social change.

What you’ll do

- Work in a dynamic team to coordinate and deliver advocacy campaigns aligned to Uniting’s social justice priorities
- Support campaign planning, mobilisation and delivery across multiple initiatives
- Grow and engage supporters including Uniting staff, Uniting Church congregations and partner organisations
- Create compelling campaign content across digital platforms and publications
- Organise campaign activities, events and actions
- Track and report on campaign outcomes to inform continuous improvement
- Collaborate widely across Uniting and with external allies

About you

- Relevant Bachelor qualification or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ experience in advocacy, campaigning or community organising (paid or volunteer)
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence using digital advocacy tools and social media
- A genuine passion for social justice and systems change
