This roleas our Business Intelligence Manager will see you establish andmaintain the data governance framework, oversee the development andmanagement of RAAFA’s data platforms and BI solutions, andprovide trusted, high-quality insights to support competitiveadvantage. About the role - BusinessIntelligence Manager:

As ourBusiness Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for leadingthe RAAFA’s data, business intelligence (BI) and analyticsfunctions to drive operational efficiency, strategicdecision-making and organisational performance.





- Leadthe Business Intelligence Team, ensuring high-quality servicedelivery aligned to RAAFA’s priorities.
- Establish and maintaindata and AI governance frameworks, including data platforms andBI tools.
- Guidethe creation of dashboards, reports and visualisations thatsupport evidence-based decision making.
- Champion responsible,ethical and secure use of AI across RAAFA.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders totranslate business needs into data solutions.
- Partner with businessunits to identify opportunities for process optimisation,improved data utilisation and capability uplift.
- Promote data literacyand self-service analytics across the organisation.
- Proactively identifyand implement improvements to data management practices, BIplatforms and reporting processes.

AboutYou:

- Relevant qualificationin Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics,Computer Science or a related discipline and/or significantprofessional equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstratedexperience leading data, BI or analytics functions, includingmanaging data platforms, data integration processes (ETL/ELT),and enterprise reporting environments.
- Strongunderstanding of data governance,



data quality, privacy, andregulatory requirements.
- Provencapability in developing and implementing BI strategies,overseeing data warehousing solutions and visualisations andinsights that support confident decision-making.
- Familiarity with AIgovernance, responsible AI principles and risk-managed adoptionof AI technologies.
- Excellent stakeholderengagement skills with ability to translate technical contentfor non-technical audiences.
- Experience with moderndata tools, cloud platforms and emerging BI/AItechnologies.
- Strongleadership and people management skills with the ability tobuild capability, set priorities and driveperformance.
- Ability to design datamodels, reporting structures and self-service analyticsenvironments.
