The Product Operations Specialist will have oversight, development and management responsibilities related to all key systems, data and process obligations in how our business interacts with strategic suppliers.
In addition, it will involve co-development and partnership with internal and 3rd party entities for the evolution, implementation and provision of data intelligence for key stakeholders, internal and external.
Accountabilities
To identify, evolve and refine capabilities, functionality and outcomes of our systems and processes, collaborate with and value add the services of XTG IT and 3rd party entities including supplier systems personnel, and consult and collaborate with Braemac Management, Product Management and Procurement, to achieve greater usability, accuracy, and reliability associated to Supplier and Braemac Business obligations and interoperability, specifically this includes:
- POS & Inventory Report Creation and Management.
- Manage Ship & Debit Setup, Reconciliation, Rebates and Financial Claims.
- Project Creation, Management and Maintenance in Braemac & Supplier CRM platforms.
- Quote Management (Supplier CRM’s, ERP’s and Business Central).
- Platform data reconciliation through EDI transactions (Various Supplier and BC).
- Creation and Management of Business Intelligence Dashboards and data sets (Intermediatory with 3 Cloud, Corporate IT and Braemac).
- Scripting & Coding created and applied to Internal & Supplier data sets (Quote, Lead Time, Pricing, Backlog, Project Status) to enhance process, accurately identify change, reduce risk, ensure accuracy, and shorten timelines to data relevancy and use.
- Sales, Backlog, Project & Opportunity Intelligence for Braemac & Supplier’s Forecasting and Business Review
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Certificate in Business Administration, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Five years of progressive industry related experience.
Knowledge of and exposure to applications and processes for sales, product management, supply chain, asset management, ERP and CRM systems a significant advantage.
Skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills
- Agility and adaptability with engaging and deploying current business applications
- High competency with Microsoft Office Excel
- Certification and application level experience with Power BI
