About the Role

We are seeking an experienced TechnologyOne Consultant to lead the successful delivery of complex TechnologyOne projects across EAM, Financials, Supply Chain Management and Corporate Performance Management implementations for customers, particularly within local government.

This is a senior leadership role suited to a hands‑on delivery professional with deep expertise in TechnologyOne and CiAnywhere, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for building high‑performing consulting teams.

You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring quality outcomes, and driving long‑term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Solution & Project Delivery

- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of TechnologyOne (EAM, Financials, Supply Chain Management and Corporate Performance Management) solutions from design to post‑go‑live support
- Define solution architecture and implementation approaches
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Oversee testing, quality assurance, and deployment
- Act as a subject matter expert for TechnologyOne and CiAnywhere
- Provide post‑implementation support and optimisation advice

Stakeholder Management

- Build solid relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment to business objectives
- Act as an escalation point for key project issues

Quality & Governance

- Ensure projects meet governance, risk, and quality standards




- Identify and mitigate delivery risks
- Provide accurate project reporting and status updates
- Mentor and develop consultants and delivery teams
- Build internal capability in TechnologyOne delivery
- Contribute to practice growth and capability development

Customer & Business Development

- Maintain long‑term client relationships
- Support business development and pre‑sales activities
- Identify new products, services, and growth opportunities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- 5+ years' experience delivering TechnologyOne implementations
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of TechnologyOne (EAM, Financials, Supply Chain Management and Corporate Performance Management) and CiAnywhere
- Experience delivering solutions within local government environments
- Proven leadership and team development capability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making ability
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A cooperative, customer‑focused mindset
