Australian Institute of Design & Construction Pty Ltd (AIDC) is a newly established Registered CRICOS provider with training facilities located in St Kilda, which include state-of-the-art classrooms and workshops, conveniently close to Melbourne CBD.

We are a quality-focused education facility exclusively delivering courses in Civil Construction and Building Construction.

We are currently calling for expressions of interest from qualified, competent, and experienced Trainers and Assessors in Civil Construction Design and Building & Construction who are committed to achieve training excellence to deliver and assess the following qualifications:

· CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)

· RII50520 Diploma Civil Construction Design

· RII60520 Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design

· CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating

· CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry

Our commitment to compliance and quality is paramount and we strive to achieve best practice in training and assessment supported by a continuous improvement philosophy to provide quality learning outcomes to our student cohorts.

As industry leading Trainers you will have:

· Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE40122 or Equivalent.

· Possessing Civil Construction Design and Building & Construction qualifications at least to the level that is being delivered is a must (see above qualifications). Graduate or Post Graduate qualifications in those areas will be a definite advantage.

· Satisfying criteria of the Credential policy under RTO Standards 2025.

· Industry experience of at least 3 years working in respective areas of expertise





· Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design Trainers should have demonstrated 3 years of post-qualifying work experience.

· Minimum of 3 years of training experience with sound knowledge of competency-based training

· Demonstrated record of Career development in areas of Vocational competencies and VET practice.

· Evidence of industry currency

· Experience in reviewing, contextualisation, validation, and moderation of assessment tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to motivate and mentor students through real-life industry experience.

· Demonstrated ability to complete all paperwork within time frames and to a high standard

· Sound understanding of and ensuring compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2025

· Contribute to and achieve KPIs set by AIDC
