About the role
The Client Services Team Leader Admissions is responsible for assisting the Manager, in the coordination of all course information relating to college delivery ensuring that information presented to the prospective student is accurate and timely. This role also provides leadership and support to the Admissions team to ensure consistent service delivery, effective workflow management and achievement of business outcomes across the Admissions function.
To be successful in this role you will bring strong admissions knowledge, sound judgement in complex decision-making, and the communication, stakeholder and analytical skills needed to support a team, manage competing priorities, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Key responsibilities include: Leading day‑to‑day admissions operations, managing multiple deadlines and guiding staff to achieve consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
- Providing clear, informed advice to internal and external stakeholders on admissions requirements, compliance expectations and priority matters.
- Reviewing and validating student applications using strong knowledge of admissions policies and assessment principles to ensure fair and effective decisions.
- Handling complex or escalated admissions issues, managing sensitive enquiries, and supporting the Manager with process reviews and resolution.
- Ensuring admissions and course‑related data is updated accurately across relevant systems and channels, meeting compliance and reporting requirements.
- Communicating effectively and contributing to collaborative practices and knowledge sharing across teams.
