About the Role

Cinderellas™ Services Pty Ltd, trading as Cinderellas™ Commercial Cleaning, is an established Australian commercial cleaning business and is excited to be expanding its operations across Australia, including into Queensland.

We are seeking a full-time Contract Administrator to support the administration, coordination, and ongoing management of commercial cleaning contracts delivered by Cinderellas™ Commercial Cleaning across commercial, industrial, and strata environments.

This is a genuine ongoing role working closely with senior management and operational teams to ensure cleaning service agreements, compliance obligations, and service delivery requirements are documented, coordinated, monitored, and reported accurately.

The role supports Cinderellas™ unique Territory Management System, which is revolutionising how cleaning services are delivered and how clients receive value through improved accountability, structure, and service consistency.

Key Responsibilities

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for:

- Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating cleaning service agreements and contract variations, including scope of work, service levels, performance standards, and pricing adjustments for commercial, industrial, and strata clients.
- Coordinating with clients, site supervisors, and operations managers to clarify contract requirements, resolve issues, and ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed terms and schedules.
- Managing all contract-related documentation, including service proposals, work orders, variations, compliance documentation, insurance certificates, and contractor onboarding records.
- Monitoring contractor and staff performance on cleaning contracts,



ensuring work is completed to contractual standards, and preparing reports on service delivery, non-conformance matters, and variations.
- Liaising with procurement and suppliers to arrange cleaning products, equipment, and consumables in accordance with contractual obligations and operational requirements.
- Providing advice to senior management regarding contract risks, client compliance requirements, service delivery performance, and operational improvement opportunities.
- Preparing regular reports, performance summaries, and submissions relating to contract activities, variations, budgets, KPIs, and service outcomes.
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting operational data, including site audit results, resource allocation, contractor timesheets, and job costing, and preparing reports to support commercial decision-making.
- Ensuring all contracts and service delivery processes adhere to regulatory requirements, workplace health and safety (WHS) obligations, and relevant industry standards, including maintaining documentation for insurance, safety checks, and chemical handling compliance.
- Supporting the administrative and contractual onboarding of newly approved cleaning service contracts, including preparation of service agreements, compliance documentation, and operational setup once contracts have been secured and approved by senior management.




- Coordinating and supporting contractors and operational staff to ensure services are delivered in line with agreed contractual requirements. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least one year of relevant full-time work experience in contract administration, operations administration, or a similar coordination-focused role. Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple work streams.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence clearly and professionally.
- A sound understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS) and compliance requirements relevant to commercial service environments.
- The ability to work autonomously and unsupervised while maintaining regular communication and reporting to senior management.
- The ability to work effectively in the Gold Coast, Queensland while liaising with an interstate head office in South Australia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using job management or contract management systems is highly regarded, including proficiency in SimPRO or similar platforms.
