Bedshed Fyshwick is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable individual to join our team in a hybrid Retail + Warehouse role. This unique position blends customer-facing retail sales with hands‑on warehouse responsibilities, offering a dynamic and varied work workplace with opportunities to grow within the store.

About the Role

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day—serving customers in the showroom, handling sales, managing stock, assembling furniture, and maintaining the warehouse. You will be a key part of the customer journey from first contact through to product pickup or delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high‑quality customer service both face‑to‑face and over the phone
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets while quickly identifying customer needs and building strong relationships
- Process and manage warranty enquiries and customer issues
- Maintain showroom presentation, including assembling and arranging furniture displays
- Manage warehouse workflow, particularly with large and bulky goods




- Assemble furniture safely by following product instructions
- Receive, check, and store incoming stock
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised warehouse environment
- Face‑to‑face and phone customer service
- Operating the point of sale system
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining showroom displays, including building and arranging furniture

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.50 – $37.32 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: In person
