About the Role:
LTE Structures (QLD) is seeking Structural, Civil and Industrial QAQC Engineers with extensive experience to join our quality control team on a full-time basis in Bundamba, Queensland. The successful candidates will be instrumental in shaping and implementing quality initiatives, providing structural and technical input to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards, and offering strategic guidance to the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create standards and procedures for developers to improve product features and efficiency.
· Develop and maintain quality documentation as part of the Quality Management System towards gaining a certification of ISO 9001 and compliance with Transport and Main Roads frameworks, policies, and processes
· Communicate findings with stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements, legislation, and specifications
· Analysis of concrete strength reports, to inform clients regarding compliance as per the AS 3850 Standard required
· Analysis of report on workforce utilisation and measurement of the production costs
· Development and monitoring of compliance with the maintenance program for equipment and tools, and resistance tests
· Implementing and recommending corrective and preventative actions and monitoring effectiveness
· Perform engineering calculations relating to tolerances to validate formwork (boxing) prior to concrete placement
· Manage and implement Quality Assurance (QA) systems to verify the civil and structural integrity of manufactured precast elements.
· Identify, assess and mitigate engineering and construction risks associated with the manufacture, handling and installation of precast concrete structural elements.
· Review, interpret and apply civil and structural engineering drawings to ensure accurate manufacture of precast concrete panels and structural elements
· Coordinate with other engineers, drafters and production team to resolve design, tolerance, and constructability issues for precast components
· Oversee quality control processes for precast concrete elements, including reinforcement placement, concrete pours and curing, to ensure compliance with Australian standards
· Provide technical support during production and installation, including responding to site queries, non-conformances and engineering clarifications
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Structural or Civil Engineering are highly regarded)
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience

Pay: $77,000.00 – $87,000.00 per year
