Landscaper / Pool Installer (Training Provided)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, motivated Landscaper to join our growing team, with the opportunity to also work in pool installation. This role suits an experienced landscaper or a hands-on worker who wants to learn a specialised trade.

Training will be provided for the right person, including pool construction and installation.

You’ll be working on high-quality residential and commercial projects across the Sapphire Coast and Eurobodalla region.

Key Responsibilities

- Structural and general landscaping works including:
- Retaining walls (concrete sleepers, blockwork)
- Decking, paving, turfing, drainage
- Excavation and site preparation
- Assist with swimming pool installation works including:
- Pool excavation and base preparation
- Assisting with pool shell installs
- Plumbing, backfilling, and finishing works (training provided)
- Operating machinery (excavators, skid steers, compactors)
- Working to plans, levels, and set-outs
- Maintaining a secure, clean, and professional worksite




- Representing the company professionally on site with clients

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in landscaping or construction (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to learn pool installation and construction
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physical work
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- White Card (required)
- Driver’s licence (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $106,831.36 per year
