Neuro Physio Role | 5–5.5 Billable Hrs | Mentorship from APA Titled Physio

Salary: $72,594 – $100,630 + super

Location: Sunshine Coast (Buderim clinic + nearby community)

This role is for physiotherapists who value thoughtful, person centred rehabilitation and want to work in an environment where clinical quality matters more than KPIs. You’ll join a small, close knit team that supports each other every day, collaborates openly, and operates with the warmth and trust of a qualified “work family”.

You’ll step into a sustainable workload, a collaborative culture, and a caseload that allows you to practise confidently without pressure to rush or maximise volume.

- Approximately 5–5.5 billable hours per day
- Travel and most documentation time are built into the billable structure, helping maintain a sustainable daily workload

What your week looks like

- Clinic based sessions at our Buderim practice
- Community visits across the Sunshine Coast, which may include Noosa, scheduled in logical clusters to keep travel manageable
- A mix of straightforward and complex neurological presentations, with senior support always available
- Allied Health Assistants assisting with simpler programs




- Regular informal clinical collaboration throughout the week
- Protected time for notes and clinical planning

Every Wednesday afternoon during work hours, you will take part in one of the following:

- CPD session
- Peer supervision
- Case study discussion
- Staff meeting
- Or, on the 5th of each month, a team activity

These structured afternoons build skills, reflection, and team connection.

About the role

This position is ideal for physiotherapists who want to develop or advance their neurological and community practice within a supportive and safe environment. You will be supported to build confidence with complex neurological clients, allowing you to become more independent as your skills develop. Senior input is always available when needed. Clinical reasoning, reflective practice and steady growth are prioritised.

About you

- Have at least 1 year of clinical experience (or equivalent)

Support and team culture

Support here is personal, consistent and practical.

In addition to senior clinical guidance, you will receive support from our Practice Manager and admin team, helping you stay coordinated, organised and confident in both clinic and community settings.

Collaborative discussions happen naturally throughout the week, and Wednesday CPD and team sessions are built into work hours. You will also have a monthly one on one check in to review caseload, confidence and development. Our team is small, connected and deeply supportive; colleagues collaborate daily, share ideas openly, and ensure no one feels isolated in their clinical work.
