About Us
Our client, a global Japanese financial institution is seeking a Japanese Speaking Office Administrator to join their General Affairs Department. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional administrative support across the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and organize IT systems and office equipment.
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, appointments, business trips, and company events.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies Implement and communicate office policies and procedures.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and account management.
- Liaise with building management for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained work environment.
Your Profile
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
JLPT N1 or N2 level Japanese speakers are welcome to apply too!
