Job Description

Reporting into the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Lead and mentor a small team of accounts payable officers.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly accounts payable reports and assist with financial forecasting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and accounting standards.




- Support the wider Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate Will Have

- Proven experience in managing accounts payable functions.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
