Contract Project Manager – Fit-Out & Refurbishment

Our client is a well‑established commercial builder seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to deliver a range of fit‑out and refurbishment projects with a robust focus on education and university environments.

This role suits a Project Manager who is confident dealing directly with clients and stakeholders, and who enjoys working in live, operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

- End‑to‑end delivery of fit‑out and refurbishment projects
- Managing programs, budgets, and subcontractors
- Coordinating consultants, suppliers, and site teams
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

About You





- Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit‑out and refurbishment
- Education / university project experience highly desirable
- Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute, organised, and hands‑on
