Job Description
Drive the voice, visibility, and digital performance of three iconic airport hotels as our Marketing & Communications Manager. This role leads bold, creative, and data-driven marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence, grow revenue, and connect guests with unforgettable experiences across Novotel, Mercure, and Ibis Darwin Airport.
What you will be doing
- Lead and execute the annual Sales & Marketing Plan, delivering measurable campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships, and traditional media to maximise hotel performance.
- Manage the hotels’ digital presence including websites,
Accor channels, third-party platforms, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, social media, eDMs, and content strategy to drive direct revenue.
- Develop and deliver marketing initiatives for Food & Beverage, Leisure, and Meetings & Events, including promotional calendars, creative collateral, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Track performance and ROI through monthly reporting, budget management, supplier coordination, and stakeholder presentations, ensuring brand compliance and financial accountability.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field, with strong commercial and brand awareness
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry, delivering integrated marketing and communications strategies.
- Proven capability across digital marketing channels, including website management, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, social media, EDMs, content creation, and campaign performance measurement.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage agencies, partnerships, budgets, and ROI reporting in a fast-paced environment.
