Bruce Rock Engineering (BRE) is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Bruce Rock. This is a full-time role with DIDO from Perth.

BRE designs, builds, and maintains transport equipment for the Australian outback. We are a WA-owned business with a solid family culture, and we’re continuing to grow.

The Role

As the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee all warehouse operations, lead and support the team, and ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient movement of materials and products across the site.

Key responsibilities include:

- Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and stock reconciliations
- Optimise warehouse layout, cleanliness, and workflow
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

- Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate all inbound and outbound freight
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders
- Track shipments and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
- Resolve delivery issues and ensure timely movement of goods

- Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff
- Delegate tasks and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

- Quality & Continuous Improvement: Implement quality control checks for incoming and outgoing goods
- Conduct regular audits and inspections
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corrective and preventive actions

- Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of inventory, warehouse activity, and freight transactions
- Prepare reports on key metrics (inventory accuracy, dispatch timeliness, productivity)
- Analyse trends and present findings to management

- Safety: Demonstrate duty of care at all times
- Wear required PPE and follow WHS procedures
- Report hazards, incidents, and injuries immediately
- Participate in safety training, meetings, and toolbox sessions

About You

Essential

- Experience in a similar warehouse or logistics supervisory role
- Sound knowledge of warehousing, stock control, and inventory processes
- Physically capable of performing the required tasks
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Computer literacy
- C-Class manual driver’s licence
- Forklift licence

Desirable

- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP, Epicor, or similar systems
- Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field
