The Role
- Managing a local portfolio - no more than 5-10kms from the office
- Liaising with Tenants and Landlords
- Respond to all phone and email inquiries
- Managing maintenance
- Entry & Exits Condition Reports
- Arrears Management
- Attending NCAT if/when required
The Person
The ideal person for this role will enjoy building relationships and have exceptional time management and communication, as well as...
- Must have a minimum of 2 year's experience managing all aspects of a residential portfolio
- Current Certificate of Registration or Certificate IV
- Valid drivers licence and vehicle
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
- Good longevity across your career
- Professional personal presentation
