Mid-Senior Designer
Events & Activations

FBI Talent Co are on the hunt for a bit of a creative unicorn - a mid to senior designer who thinks conceptually, can work confidently in 3D, and understands what actually works in the physical world.

You’ll have experience across events, activations or interior fit-outs and know how to design them end-to-end - from big ideas through to how they’re built, costed and delivered in real life.

You’ll be working with a talented team to bring bold brand experiences to life across a range of clients.

What you’ll be doing

- Designing concepts for events, activations and spatial experiences
- Turning ideas into build-ready designs
- Creating graphic design for large-scale, physical environments
- Using SketchUp to visualise spaces and structures
- Working closely with producers, fabricators and stakeholders
- Designing with budgets,



materials and production realities in mind

What we’re looking for

- Mid to senior experience in events, activations or spatial design
- A solid graphic design eye
- Someone who stays across what’s leading the way in design
- Confident SketchUp skills
- Interior or spatial design experience
- A solid understanding of how things are built and what they cost
- Comfortable balancing big ideas with real-world constraints
- A background in Interior design or retail design
