Are you a commercially savvy relationship builder with a passion for delivering tailored fleet and mobility solutions? ORIX is seeking a Specialist Project BDM to manage and grow major accounts across mining, energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

In this role, you’ll focus on retention and growth of key and new accounts, developing strategic customer plans, and maximising ORIX’s share of wallet while ensuring our customers receive flexible, innovative mobility solutions. You’ll also collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise fleet strategies and support profitable growth across our Rental and Mobility business.

Included In What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with major project account customers.
- Identify and develop new project opportunities to grow customer share of wallet.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored fleet, transport, and mobility solutions.
- Develop and implement customer management frameworks to drive strategic growth.
- Represent ORIX in the market with integrity and professionalism.




- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on account activity.

What You Have

- Experience managing major accounts and projects in mining, construction, energy, or infrastructure.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen in fleet, rental, or mobility solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, solutions selling, and relationship management skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to identify and deliver commercial value.
- Strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams to achieve results.
