The remarkable achievements from this project have now sparked an increase in our maintenance demands, with our Maintenance team seeking an experienced Fixed Plant/Mobile Plant Electrician to join the Terra Mining team.

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Electrician to support day-to-day electrical maintenance and statutory compliance across a busy mining operation and camp facilities. This role is critical in ensuring the safe operation of infrastructure, minimising downtime, and supporting a strong site safety culture.

About The Position

Working an 8&6 roster and reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, you will play a critical role in the maintenance department by ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment.

Your day-to-day activities will include but not limited to:

- Perform electrical work, isolations, and testing in line with site procedures and WA Mines Regulations

- Conduct maintenance, inspections,



and fault-finding on LV conveyor equipment, including fixed plant and mobile equipment.

- Conduct maintenance, inspections within the camp facilities.

- Conduct maintenance, inspections, and fault-finding on bore pumps and plant water supply pumps.

- Assist with planning and execution of shutdowns, and statutory compliance tasks

- Maintain accurate records, permits, and electrical documentation

- Support safe production by working closely with Maintenance, Operations and HSET

- Participate in site safety initiatives, risk assessments and toolbox meetings

What You Will Bring

- Experience as an Electrician on mining or heavy industry projects

- Current WA Electrical Licence - unrestricted

- Cert 2 Split System Licence

- Current First Aid, LV Rescue and CPR

- Certificate IV in Instrumentation is desirable

- Strong understanding of AS:3000 Electrical Wiring Rules

- Strong understanding of AS:3010 Electrical installations – Generating Sets

- Strong understanding of WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022

- Ability to work independently and within a small, high-performing team

- Valid driver’s licence

- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and communication
