SENIOR ESTIMATOR (Parramatta)

Civil and Scape is rapidly becoming one of Sydney’s most respected and

qualified Commercial Landscape and Civil contractors. Our primary focus

is client satisfaction and we pride ourselves in maintaining this healthy

relationship through the quality of our work as well as delivering iconic

projects. We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to immediately

join our team. The successful candidate will be required to review tender

requests and documentation, collate and prepare tender submissions in a

timely and efficient manner.

Duties And Responsibilities

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the

Estimating Division Such As

Manage and review tender requestsReview and analyse technical drawings, scopes and specifications for projectsResponsible for completing plan take-offs,



BOQs and project cost spreadsheetsSupplier management including qualification and coordination for pricingLiaise with clients and management of expectationsPrepare tender submissions and ensure deadlines are metInternal and external stakeholder managementMake recommendations and assist Senior Management to improve processes and efficiencies across the division and organisationDevelopment/Management of business estimating templates and databasesBe the authoritative contact for all matters relating to the DepartmentCommunicate with Senior Leadership team openly and as soon as any issues are identifiedReporting to the General Manager

Experience And Skills Required

Tertiary qualifications preferredOver 4 years’ experience in a similar role is essential (Construction, Civil and Landscaping Estimators experience)Advanced technical knowledge of landscape and/or civil construction methodology, materials etc.Competent and confident to use Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, PDF, Project etc.Reliable transportationWorkcover White CardFluent written and verbal English abilityExcellent interpersonal skills
