Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? Trend Windows & Doors is seeking a Team Leader to drive performance, safety, and quality on our production lines in Girraween.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a critical role in delivering on our customer promises by leading a team of operators to meet production targets, uphold product quality, and ensure operational efficiency. You’ll foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise production teams to achieve daily output and quality goals.
- Promote and enforce safe work practices aligned with the EHS Management System.
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to meet delivery deadlines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimise workflows.
- Train and mentor team members to build capability and support workforce planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges.
- Uphold ethical conduct and contribute to a positive work culture.

- Safety performance and compliance
- Production output and efficiency
- On-time delivery and cycle time
- Quality metrics and yield
- Downtime reduction and SOP adherence

What You’ll Bring




- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing workplace (building products preferred).
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Experience in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and SOP implementation.
