We’re seeking a hands-on and reliable Factory Hand to join a polyurethane production team. You’ll assist with day-to-day manufacturing, including machine operation, moulding, finishing, and general workshop.

· Operating machinery and equipment safely

· Lathe experience an advantage

· Forklift ticket an advantage

· Pouring and finishing polyurethane products

· Preparing and cleaning moulds

· Quality checking finished items

· General workshop and housekeeping tasks

· Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
