About the Role

- Provide personal care, daily living support, and community access

- Encourage independence and assist with personal goals

- Use de-escalation techniques when required





- Work closely with families & the Oyster Care team

What We're Looking For

- Caring, reliable, and proactive attitude

- Strong communication & documentation skills

- Experience in Support Work or related fields (preferred)

- Certificate III/IV in a relevant field (preferred but not required)

- Reliable, insured vehicle and willingness to travel
