About The Role
You will be working with one of our major clients located in the Parramatta, NSW, Australia. As Senior Consultant you will maintain deep and expert knowledge of your respective technologies to enable you to propose the most appropriate solutions to the client.
This is a great opportunity to utilize your complete end to end SAP HCM/PAY experience as an ABAP Developer. We are looking for a candidate who is professional, driven and ambitious to collaborate.
Responsibilities
Providing senior-level consulting services and solutions to customer/business in designing developing, implementing and supporting SAP HR/Payroll systems and related servicesAnalyze HR/Payroll business requirements, propose innovative and integrated solutionsProvide ongoing technical support and advice to end-usersConducting gap analysis,
understanding in detail how the business operates to ensure you can provide the best solutions possible for the business.
Required Skillset
6+ years of experience in ABAP Development experience within SAP HR/PayrollExperience as SAP HR consultant (ABAP HR Development or HCM Business Analysis) with solid knowledge of ABAP and SAP HCM modules like ESS, MSS, PA, OM, Time and Payroll and integration with other SAP modules like SRM, Finance, etc.Specialist technical and functional knowledge of SAP HR ESS/MSSStrong Workflow knowledge and the ability to undertake analysisExtensive ABAP knowledge and the ability to undertake analysisHas SAP Portal knowledge and the ability to undertake analysis
