Overview

Kosta’s is growing! We’re looking for Venue Managers to lead one of our venues across our current locations, with more on the way. As the hands-on people leader your role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of the store and being the go-to contact for on-site employees. You’ll be motivating, inspiring, and training your team, while always ensuring to provide a great employee experience by showing respect to your peers!

Aside from assisting with supervising staff and running operations, customer service is front-of mind, so it’s second nature to you. Provide top tier customer service,



build relationships with our valued customers and create an unforgettable experience for them!

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Lead and manage store staff

- Onboarding and training new staff

- Completing weekly reporting and budgeting

- Manage rostering and staff availability

- Run day-to-day operations of the venue

- Completing open to close operational procedures

- Maintaining a high standard of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation

- Making high-quality espresso coffee – barista skills are a must!

What You’ll Need:

- Proven experience in a similar venue or hospitality management role

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Robust communication and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

- Flexible availability, including weekends and early starts

- Excellent customer service
