We are a modern bridal brand based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented QC, Production & Dispatch Assistant to support our growing production and logistics operations.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves organisation, works carefully with garments, and enjoys being part of a creative, fashion-led environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing bridal gowns, ensuring each piece meets our quality standards before being dispatched to brides and stockists worldwide.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and unpacking incoming shipments
- Quality checking bridal gowns for finish, construction, and accuracy
- Logging and tracking garments through our internal systems
- Preparing gowns for dispatch, including steaming, folding, packing, and labelling
- Arranging domestic and international shipments with couriers
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace
- Assisting with general production and studio support as required
About You
- Have rights to work in Australia
- Extremely detail-oriented and methodical
- Comfortable handling high-value garments with care
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Confident following processes and checklists
- Experience in fashion, bridal, production, QC, or logistics is highly regarded
- Comfortable with light admin and basic computer systems
- Calm, practical, and solutions-focused
