The overall purpose of this role is to provide support to the General Manager and wider Marketing Operations team. There are two key elements of this role:

- Provide skilled, comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager to ensure that operations run efficiently; and
- Support the wider Marketing function and team with efficient and timely administration process (e.g. managing consumables and stock levels, local area marketing, in-store merchandising guides).

What you’ll do

Marketing Operations

- Assist the Marketing team with brand initiatives, targeted communications and campaigns (as required).

- Management of point-of-sale stock on hand and other collateral.

- Management of local area marketing and liaising with internal creative teams.

- Creation of the weekly POS Plan that goes out to entire network.

- Complete weekly and monthly tasks related to Membership and Instant Scratch-Its.

- Ensure all marketing activities are conducted within The Lottery Corporation's Compliance and Legal framework.

General Manager Support

- Provide a high level of professional administrative support to the General Manager, including the preparation of high-quality documents such as reports, letters and presentations.

- Effective management of the General Manager's calendar in relation to scheduled meetings and appointments (internal and external).

- Credit card reconciliation and management for the General Manager.

- Managing and prioritising work appropriately to ensure that matters for attention are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

- Completing critical aspects of deliverables and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress,



problem solving and adjusting plans as appropriate.

- Effectively handling activities and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Meeting & Event Coordination

- Preparing and distributing agendas, attending various meetings, taking and distributing minutes/actions for meetings and follow up as required.

- Event coordination including the ordering of catering and working to a budget.

- Provide travel coordination and management for the Marketing team.

Financial & Contract Administration

- Create purchase orders and process invoices for the Marketing team.

- Assist in monitoring budgets and the monthly processing of invoices.

- Contract management.

People & Team Support

- Coordinating new starter Customer & Marketing inductions.

- Overflow administration tasks for wider Customer and Marketing team (as and when required).

- Work with, and manage, internal and external stakeholders to coordinate tasks and projects.

Project & Ad-hoc Work

- Ad-hoc project management.

- Assist with data governance projects and initiatives.

What you’ll bring

- Professional interest in Marketing / Branding, or tertiary qualification in Marketing (or business with major in Marketing) underway or complete.

- Experience with planning and managing timelines.

- Experience in or knowledge of developing print material such as general point-of-sale and managing print suppliers to meet delivery deadlines.

- Experience in managing the calendar and inbox of a Leader/Manager in a corporate setting.
