About the Role
We're on the lookout for a positive, hands-on assistant cafe manager to help run our busy café and keep things flowing smoothly day to day. You'll work closely with the Café Manager, support the team on shift, and help create a great vibe for both customers and staff.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Café Manager with daily operations
- Leading shifts and helping the team stay on track
- Delivering friendly, high-quality customer service
- Opening and closing the café when needed
- Jumping on coffee machine, floor, or pass as required
- Handling POS, cash, and basic admin
- Helping with stock orders and keeping things organised
- Making sure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
