About Us
We're a growing financial planning company based in Woolloongabba, offering comprehensive advice across wealth creation, debt management, retirement planning, and more. We proudly specialise in supporting current serving members and Veterans of the Australian Defence Force.
We will provide comprehensive training on Defence Force matters to ensure you can effectively support our military clientele.
Our setting is dynamic—we typically see 10+ new clients per week, alongside plan presentations, ongoing client servicing, training, and more. You'll be joining a team that values professionalism, autonomy, and continuous development.

About the Role
We're looking for a full time (part-time considered for the right applicant) Financial Adviser who is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. You'll work closely with our team to deliver high-quality advice and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings and build strong relationships
- Develop financial strategies
- Collaborate with paraplanners and admin staff
- Deliver plan presentations and maintain compliance
- Write detailed file notes and stay current with industry knowledge
- Provide holistic advice across a range of financial areas
- Support team members and contribute to a positive office culture
- Work autonomously within standard office hours (8:30am – 5:00pm)
About You
- Must meet FASEA education requirements and have passed the FASEA exam
- Degree qualified (preferred)
- Current registration on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- We will provide training on our financial planning software platforms
- Passionate about finance and client outcomes
- Graduate/entry level candidates are welcome to apply
