AW Hair Studios – Surfers Paradise is on the lookout for another superstar to join our ever-growing team. As our newest studio, this role presents an exciting opportunity for a Senior Hairdresser ready to step into a management position, or for someone who already has management experience and is looking for their next challenge.

This role will primarily involve running and managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a smooth, seamless experience for both staff and clients. You will be responsible for overseeing staff and their daily duties, maintaining stock levels, handling cash and end-of-day procedures (including securing the salon), and contributing to social media content.

You will also work on the floor as a hairdresser, delivering exceptional service to clients, while bringing fresh ideas to the table to help grow and develop our already blossoming space.
