Personal Assistant to the Principal
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Personal Assistant to offer sales and property management support to the Principal.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Daily banking, receipting and reconciliation of the Trust Account – Console Cloud
- Processing mid-month and end of month
- Processing invoices for payment
- Lodging bonds with the Residential Tenancies Authority
- Assisting with rental applications for new managements
- Sales Administration – ordering Selling Disclosure Statements , preparing sales contracts, entering data into Console Cloud, liaising with Solicitors, preparing Commission Tax Invoices, managing sales deposits
- Updating the backend of realestate.com.au
- Invoicing monthly rent and electricity to commercial tenants and managing rental arrears
The Candidate:
- Must hold a current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Must have a full Driver’s Licence
- Previous Real Estate experience essential
- Previous Trust Accounting experience essential
- Experience with Sales Admin and Contracts highly regarded
- Property Management experience highly regarded
- Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- Outstanding Customer Service and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
This could be either a full-time or part-time position, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm – No Weekends
