About the role

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Team Member to join us at Exeter Bakery. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers have a positive experience in our bakery.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Taking customer orders and handling cash and card transactions

3. Assisting customers with product selection and providing recommendations

4. Maintaining a clean and organised store environment

5. Restocking shelves and display cases as needed

6. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the food and beverage industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities

4. Ability to work well in a team and independently





5. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

6. Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
