We’re a proud Australian owned gourmet food company that manufactures and distributes premium products from the purest ingredients. Our customers include grocers, supermarkets, delis, fruiterers, butchers, health food stores, restaurants and cafes.

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Territory Manager. This role offers the perfect mix of independence, challenge, and reward.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves being in the field, building relationships, growing sales, and smashing targets.

As a Territory Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key customers across your assigned territory - Melbourne and periodic Regional. You will leverage your sales expertise and product knowledge to take orders over and above previous orders ,expand market share, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for your territory

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

- Develop good relations with new customers for successful sales & customer base growth

- Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities within your territory by working on increasing orders, facings and product placement for each customer

- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all clients

- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns





- Coordinating and effect merchandising where required

What we're looking for

- Proven track record of success in a sales business development as a sales or territory manager within the food industry

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues

- Valuable interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders

- Proficient in using sales software & customer relationship management (CRM) tools

- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory to meet with customers.
