In addition to bookkeeping duties, this role includes general office administration support. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the business.
Office Administration duties include (but are not limited to):
- Answering and managing phone calls and emails
- Filing, data entry, and maintaining organised digital and physical records
- Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier documentation
- Supporting payroll preparation and employee records (under direction)
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal team members
- Assisting with basic reporting and office documentation
- General ad-hoc office tasks as required in a small, quick-paced environment
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable switching between bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
Experience in a manufacturing, wholesale, or food production environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
