We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader who is passionate about leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales and Customer Experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a dedicated team of seven, who manage incoming leads, provide tailored solutions, and ensure that services commence promptly for our clients.

- Lead and coach the CHSP onboarding team and sales administrators
- Drive sales performance by managing KPIs, coaching team members, and pivoting to meet targets.
- Oversee onboarding management,



ensuring accurate and compliant data entry and governance of government funding portals.
- Champion customer satisfaction, focusing on first-call resolution and setting clear expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Regional Management, Customer Insights) and external partners (customers, family members, referrers).
- Foster continuous improvement and team development, building skills and knowledge in line with aged care standards

To be successful in this role you’ll need

- At least 5 years’ experience managing a team and creating a positive team culture.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams through change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and understand client needs.
- Experience in service-based organizations, possibly in the community aged care sector.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, databases, and client management systems.
- Knowledge of, or an interest to learn about CHSP and SaH program guidelines, service descriptions, and funding.
