Known for quality workmanship and attention to detail, we are expanding our team and are seeking a skilled, experienced automotive spray painter on a full time employed basis who is passionate about producing exceptional results.

We are not a high-volume, production-line smash repairer. Our work is varied and rewarding, including:

- Vehicle customisation projects

- Accident and insurance repairs

- Chrome deletes/blackout packs

- Body kits and bespoke finishes

- Proven experience as an automotive spray painter

- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.

- Mix and apply paint, ensuring colour accuracy and consistency.

- Operate spray painting equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

- Inspect finished work for quality and make necessary adjustments.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an automotive spray painter.

- Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques.

- Familiarity with automotive repair and painting equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable with good communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Experience using water bourne and solvent based paint systems
